Such data is collected and processed in accordance with Organic Law 15/1999 on Personal Data Protection, within the scope of the dispositions of article 12.1 of Organic Law 1/1992 on Protection of Public Safety.

All the data provided will be included in an automated personal data file, created and maintained under the ownership of SERCOMISA. The purpose of this file is to comply with current legal legislation in the field of recording the entry of travellers as well as informing them of our offers and news and for performing statistical studies.

Storage of the information: SERCOMISA informs you that when you complete the reservation form on our website, the User's personal information that is stored in SERCOMISA servers includes your name and postal address as well as the email address, personal identity number and telephone number.

SERCOMISA will never store the data of the credit card and other methods of payment provided by Users through this website in our own data file or in that belonging to third parties.

E-mail: SERCOMISA policy with respect to electronic mail is focussed only on sending communications that would be useful to Users and that Users have asked to receive. When Users make a reservation through the website and supply their email address, they will never be contacted by email about offers and promotions, unless they have explicitly required this during the process of detailing their reservation or personal data record. The only communications that you will receive will be those concerning the confirmation of the record of your information in SERCOMISA's private database and the confirmation of your reservation after completing the payment process to guarantee it. Additional communications could include reminders of your password or copies of reservation requests if you ask for these. In these latter cases, these communications apply to processes that are required and initiated by the User. Beyond these four occasions, SERCOMISA will not send Users any type of additional information not expressly required by them.

Use of information: personal information supplied by Users during the course of using the website to make a reservation is given to the hotel in question with the aim of processing that booking. If the User cancels their reservation, the information previously stored will be kept in our records with the sole aim of keeping a historical record of requests and is not further accessed. After the User has completed their stay in any of the SERCOMISA hotels, the information stored can be used for off-line direct marketing actions, notwithstanding the statement of the previous paragraph.

Disclosure of information to third parties: if Users opt to leave this website via the links to websites that do not belong to SERCOMISA, the latter is not responsible for the privacy policies of these websites or of the cookies that such websites might store on the Users' computers.

For the purposes of legitimate interest, the shipping company will process the Client's personal data for sending commercial communications on tourist products and services supplied by the owner with the aim of providing a better service to the client.

However, the Client may oppose this processing at any time, without such opposition affecting the execution of the main contract.

The owner undertakes to apply any technical and organisational measures as are necessary to ensure data security, ensuring compliance with professional secrecy duties as well as the obligations that may be applicable by virtue of current legislation.

The duty of professional secrecy will be maintained indefinitely even when the contractual relationship has come to an end.

The shipping company treats client information for managing the contractual relationship as per the terms and conditions set out in the contracts, in accordance with the dispositions in article 6.1.b) of the RGPD (general data protection regulations).

The client is informed that all personal information provided when making the reservation will be kept while the aim for which they were being collected persists and until the expiration of the deadlines of actions that may arise from the execution of the contract; they will be blocked when they stop being relevant for compliance with this aim.

Furthermore, when the suppression derives from the exercise of the right of opposition referred to in article 21.2 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the owner may keep the identification data of the person affected when necessary for the purpose of preventing future processing for direct marketing.

The Client is informed that not providing the information required implies the impossibility of signing the contract.
